One-Day Joyful Move
We start at 8:30am and normally finish by 5:30pm! The day includes:
Coordinating all details with the new community
Securing and supervising trusted movers (the "guys with the muscles and the truck")
Making beds, setting up the kitchen & bathrooms, dismantling and set-up of TVs & computers, etc.
Artfully designing bookcases, hutches and curio contents
Placing and hanging artwork
Staging to Sell*
De-cluttering to Sell
Supervising Home Improvements/Repairs
Providing Realtor contacts
Professional Real Estate Staging Services such as rearranging furnishings for the best photos
(*NOTE: Staging Consultations are not free. They are $295 for a two-hour written report)
Unsalable items are removed
Salable Items are organized and grouped into lots
Lots are uploaded to the auction website with detailed product descriptions
Auction runs an average 7 days and is promoted through social media
Supervised pickup by auction team and items removed by buyers
